If you already have one, connect it. If you do not, it is created on the spot and it is yours: not a sub-account of ours, your school's account. We never see anyone's card number.

Before every charge we ask Stripe whether your account can receive and can pay out. If the answer is no, the payment does not happen. Better a customer seeing that it is not ready than their money stuck somewhere you cannot reach.
The same Stripe notice can reach us several times: that is how the internet works. Each notice is marked before it is processed, and the second one does nothing. One booking, one charge.
When the sale is yours (your link, your counter, your QR), SurfBooking takes no commission. We add a provision so we never pay Stripe's fee out of our own pocket, and we return the excess in the same movement. Our margin on those payments is zero, by design.
Stripe charges its own fee, and that one is not ours and we cannot remove it. Transfer times belong to Stripe and to your bank, not to us. And identity verification is theirs: if they ask for a document, they are the ones asking, and we cannot speed it up.
We only take commission when the student came from us. Your own channel and your walk-ins: zero SurfBooking commission.
