The Channel Manager is what gives your school a channel of its own.
- 0% commission on everything you sell through it
- Your own booking page, with your link and your QR code

- We read their calendars (Airbnb, Booking.com, Viator, GetYourGuide) and give you a feed for them to read
- One calendar for every channel, and the clashes we can block, blocked

- Lessons arriving from those channels sit in the same calendar and count as yours
- Their students get the confirmation email and the check-in code, like everyone else

- Partner API: your operators and hotels book straight into your calendar, and the payment is between you and them
- Take card payments (they go through Stripe and you pay only its fee) or mark the lesson as paid at the counter — either way, SurfBooking commission: zero

The ratio is enforced by the system, and the waiver is a real signature — phone or computer.

Calendar, lessons, students, staff, equipment, waivers and the school assistant are part of SurfBooking OS and carry no monthly fee. Selling on the SurfBooking marketplace costs nothing up front either — only the commission, and only when we bring you the student. The Channel Manager, which is what gives your school a channel of its own, carries no monthly fee either — you just have to keep lessons on sale in our marketplace. Card processing fees apply on every channel, including your own.
Before you decide
When do I pay?
Never up front. The commission comes out of the booking itself, at the moment the student pays — you never get an invoice to settle.
Is there a lock-in?
None. There is no contract, no minimum period and no cancellation fee. You leave when you want and your data leaves with you.
What if I sell nothing?
You pay nothing. There is no fixed cost on the marketplace side — if we bring you no one, we earn nothing.
And the Channel Manager?
The Channel Manager isn't paid for in money: it's paid for in lessons. Keep lessons on sale in the Surf Booking marketplace and it's yours, for good. One lesson every six months you work is enough. SurfBooking OS is €0/month, always — neither of them has an end date.
