1 · How they reach you

By your QR, or by naming you

SurfBooking OS gives you a ready-made QR and link under Direct Bookings. Whoever opens it, or simply writes your school's name, lands in a conversation already bound to you.

2 · What it knows

Your lessons, and whatever you write for it

It answers from the lessons you have on sale — date, time, level, price, spots, beach and zone — and from what you write in the panel: meeting point, what to bring, parking, accessibility and the questions you get a lot. It does not see students, does not see revenue, and is hard-instructed never to mention another school or the marketplace. What you write is information, not instructions: prices, availability and refunds still come from Surf Booking and not from your text.

3 · How a booking happens

It opens the door; the booking is confirmed there

When there is a lesson that fits, the assistant sends your link — your direct channel if you have it on, or your school page. Payment and confirmation happen in the same place as always. The assistant does not book inside the chat and does not hold a spot: until there is a confirmation there is no booking, and that is what it says.

4 · When they ask for a person

The assistant goes quiet and you step in

Anyone who asks to talk to a person stops getting automatic replies in that conversation. Your school is notified, sees the queue in SurfBooking OS and can take it over, reply and hand it back to the assistant.

What people usually ask us

Do I need to install anything?

No. It is the WhatsApp you already have. You scan the school’s QR or open the link, and you write.

Does it book the lesson right there in the chat?

It shows you the lessons and takes you to the payment page; the booking is confirmed there, and only there.

Which languages does it answer in?

Six: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German and Italian. It answers in the language you write in.

Can it see another school’s conversations?

No. Each conversation stays inside the school it belongs to, and the assistant only receives that school’s data.

Does it know my school’s own answers?

It knows what the school wrote down: meeting point, what to bring, parking, what to do before starting, what happens if the sea does not allow it, and accessibility. Plus its own questions. What the school did not write, it does not invent.

And if it cannot answer?

You say you want to talk to a person, and it goes quiet. The conversation appears in the school’s panel and someone there answers you, with your name and what you already said in front of them.

Is the number my school’s own?

It is the Surf Booking number, shared. The assistant knows which school you mean from the QR or the link you opened, and the conversation stays bound to it for 7 days.

How do I switch this on?

There is nothing to install. Open SurfBooking OS, go to Direct Bookings, and the QR and link are already there with your school identified; the link is also in the WhatsApp Agent app. Print it, put it in the window, post it on Instagram or send it in a message. From then on, whoever opens it talks to your school's assistant.

Does it cost anything?

The assistant has no separate cost. SurfBooking OS is €0/month, and the commission follows the same rule: only when the student comes from Surf Booking's own demand. A booking that arrives through your QR, on your direct channel, carries no commission from us.

The assistant answers about the sea with our own numbers, but a conditions note is never a safety guarantee: whether a lesson runs is always the school's call.
