In the Reports tab pick the month (defaults to current). See revenue, bookings by instructor, beach, level and weekday — on screen.

Attach the CSV to your email. One row per lesson with date, student, instructor, beach, amount. Revenue here = gross paid by the student (before SurfBooking commission · Stripe fees paid by us · you receive 80% intact).
