HOW IT WORKS

Three steps.

01.

Pick the month

In the Reports tab pick the month (defaults to current). See revenue, bookings by instructor, beach, level and weekday — on screen.

02.

Export CSV

'Export CSV' button. Downloads directly — standard format that Excel/Numbers/Google Sheets open without fuss.

03.

Send to your accountant

Attach the CSV to your email. One row per lesson with date, student, instructor, beach, amount. Revenue here = gross paid by the student. The 'canal' column says the rest: marketplace = 20% SurfBooking commission · direct channel = 0% commission (you only pay processing) · external = recorded, no SurfBooking payment.

We only take commission when the student came from us. Your own channel and your walk-ins: zero SurfBooking commission.
