WAITLIST

A sold-out lesson fills itself again

Sold out, someone dropped at the last minute, and the seat stays empty because nobody had time to ring around.

Sold-out lessons refill themselves. When someone cancels, the next in line is auto-notified.

A diagram, drawn for this page. The working screen lives inside SurfBooking OS, with your own school's data in it.

On sell-out The list opens by itself

With you The contacts always stay

In production since April 2026, in the hands of surf schools.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps.

01.

Sold-out → waitlist opens

As soon as a lesson sells out (hits the spot count you set), surfers can join the waitlist in one click.

02.

Cancellation → notification

Someone cancels → server auto-notifies the 1st in line (email + push) with the payment link.

03.

You see the contacts

In CC you have name + email + phone + level for each surfer. If you raise spots or create a new lesson, reach out directly.

We only take commission when the student came from us. Your own channel and your walk-ins: zero SurfBooking commission.
