Upload your PT/EN waiver. Name, age, emergency contact are auto-filled from the profile.

Signed on the phone

Surfer signs with finger at check-in. Minors: waiver explicitly requires guardian signature.

03.

Archive + audit

PDF generated, SHA-256 hash, timestamp. If anything happens, you have proof the surfer accepted the risks before the lesson.

We only take commission when the student came from us. Your own channel and your walk-ins: zero SurfBooking commission.
