Where it speaks to you

• In the app and on the site — the assistant that answers about the sea, beaches and lessons.
• On WhatsApp — the same assistant, same rules.
• Inside a school's dashboard — an assistant that only that school sees, over that school's data.

In every one of them it says it is an AI. If you ask whether you are talking to a person, it answers straight away — dodging that question is forbidden.

What it never decides

• It never takes money, never issues a refund and never promises one.
• It never cancels or changes a lesson on its own — it prepares the change and a person confirms it.
• It never decides who teaches, who is hired or who is excluded.
• It never scores or ranks people.

The rule is one line: it proposes, it never executes. Anything that touches money, a booking or a person needs a human hand.

What data it sees

• A school's assistant sees that school's data only. It cannot read another school's students, agenda or revenue.
• Personal details are stripped before anything leaves our servers to be processed.
• Conversations are sealed: people see signals, never someone else's words.

How we keep it honest

• Every admin action is written to an audit log that cannot be edited.
• The agent is tested against adversarial cases every night, and each result is logged.
• It never rewrites itself. Any change is written by a person, approved by a person, and versioned.
• There is a switch that returns it to its base configuration in one action.

When you want a person

Ask. If the matter involves money, a complaint or a problem with a booking, the assistant offers you that route without being asked. Your school is always reachable directly, and so are we.

Your data, your call

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to erase it, and we do it. Erasure keeps only what tax law obliges us to keep.

The European rules

The European Union has a framework for artificial intelligence. It sorts systems by the risk they pose to people: a few uses are banned outright, a small group is high-risk — biometrics, hiring, credit, access to education or essential services — and everything else carries transparency duties, the first of which is that you should know when you are talking to a machine.

None of the high-risk uses is ours. We do not identify people, decide who gets hired, grant credit or gate access to anything essential. Our AI answers questions about the sea and prepares changes a person confirms. The duty that binds us is the transparency one — and this whole page exists to meet it, in plain words rather than a badge.
