Fill in Excel/Numbers/Google Sheets. Column order is free. And if you would rather send your own file as it is, we still try to recognise the columns.
You upload and see everything before saving: which column went where, totals by partner/country/channel, first 20 rows, errors with line numbers, unrecognised columns, detected clients. Columns like 'instructor pay' are auto-dropped by privacy policy.
You confirm and it all goes in at once. Beyond the lessons, you get your school's client list, each lesson linked to whoever took it. We never create SurfBooking accounts for anyone — if someone with that email already exists, we just link. And one button undoes the whole import.
