MARKETING KIT

The Surf Booking Marketing Kit

Everything you need to talk about Surf Booking: what it is, the figures read the moment you open this page, the logos in vector, and the usage rules. For a journalist, a partner, or a school putting our symbol on a poster. Without asking anyone for anything.

Surf Booking

What Surf Booking is

The operating system of surf

A surf school does not have a booking problem: it has a working day. Lessons, instructors, tides, wetsuits and boards, students who do not show up, payments, the channels it already sells through. Surf Booking is where all of that lives together — and it is the same system the student sees from the other side, with the same information.

The intelligence layer

The forecast is not bought and reprinted. It is calculated beach by beach: the headland shadow read from the terrain, the tide, the sea bottom, the wind against that beach's orientation. Then it is read at each lesson's level, because the same sea does not say the same thing to a beginner and to an advanced surfer. And the same layer answers the school, in writing or by voice, with the school's own data in front of it.

The first vertical system built for surf

It is not a booking form bolted onto a website, nor generic software with a beach theme. It is built for the three sides of the same lesson — the student, the school, and the instructor, whose record lives here and travels with them from school to school. That is what makes the model possible: no monthly fee, and a commission only when Surf Booking brought the student. On the school's own sales it is zero.

Made in Portugal, by a surfer, for the schools that already exist: no contracts, no exclusivity, no replacing what the school already uses.

Logos

The name is written “Surf Booking” with the dot in the logo, or “SurfBooking” in running text. Do not stretch, recolour, or place it over low-contrast photos. Leave clear space around it of at least the height of the wave, and do not use it below 24 px tall — smaller than that the name stops being readable.

These files are for editorial use: you may publish them in an article, a news piece or a report about Surf Booking, without asking us for anything. Both are registered national trademarks in Portugal, granted, in classes 41 and 42: the name SURFBOOKING (INPI no. 766421) and the wave symbol (INPI no. 763927). Any other use, and in particular implying partnership, sponsorship or our approval, requires written permission.

These are the four in the symbol, read from the vector file itself — what you need to lay out a page around the mark without altering it. The interface palette is not here: it is of no use to a writer, and what protects the brand is the name and the symbol, not a colour.
