CHANNEL MANAGER

Your lessons on the other sites, without doing the work twice

The same hour is on sale in three places at once, and the third customer is the one you have to phone and apologise to.

Airbnb · Booking · Google Cal. We read their calendars and give you a feed for them to read yours. 0% commission, clashes blocked. Channel Manager sans frais — il suffit d'avoir des cours en vente chez nous.

COMMENT ÇA MARCHE

Three steps.

01.

Import: paste the iCal link

Airbnb Experiences, Booking Things-to-do, GetYourGuide, Viator, Bókun, Civitatis, Google Calendar, Outlook — any activity-platform iCal feed. Cron reads hourly; external bookings show on the calendar alongside Surf Booking lessons. Schedule conflicts detected and blocked automatically.

02.

Publish: Surf Booking's iCal link

Surf Booking generates its own iCal feed for you. Paste it in Airbnb Experiences, Booking, GetYourGuide — and those platforms automatically block the hours where you have lessons booked. Full slots = confirmed block. Empty slots = tentative block (the channel can keep selling; CC alerts when a conflict lands). Note: activity platforms read our feed every 2–4h on their side (iCal protocol), not instant.

03.

Edit at source: deep-link hand-off

When an iCal-imported lesson needs to change time, CC opens the source channel's panel (Airbnb Experiences host, GetYourGuide supplier, Viator) in one click. You edit where it was born, and the next sync brings the new state in. iCal is one-way — local edits would be overwritten.

CE QUI CLOCHE

Et ce qu'on fait pour chacun.

·

A lesson that repeats used to come in once.

A lesson every Wednesday entered the calendar on the first date, and the rest stayed on sale in two places at once. Since August 2026 we read the repeat rule and its exceptions, and they all come in. And when we cannot read a rule we do not invent one: the first date comes in and you are told that series was not read.

·

An empty channel will not wipe your calendar.

If a channel returns zero events after having had events, we stop the sync instead of cancelling your future bookings. A failure on their side cannot clear your month.

·

A stalled channel tells you.

If a calendar stops responding, we say so — in the panel and on your phone. The usual failure of a sync is silence, and silence looks like everything is fine.

·

And what we cannot promise you.

When we publish your calendar, outside platforms read it on their own schedule — typically every 2 to 4 hours. Inside that window an external channel can still sell an hour you have just filled. We block the clash the moment we see it and we tell you, but we do not control their clock. Anyone who tells you iCal gives zero overbooking is promising something that is not theirs to promise — and we said it on this page ourselves until 23 August 2026.

·

There is no commission because the money never passes through us.

What you sell through an external channel is charged by that channel. We sync the calendar and keep nothing — it is not a promotion, it is the design.

Nous ne prenons de commission que lorsque l'élève vient de chez nous. Sur ton canal direct et au comptoir : zéro commission SurfBooking.
